What to expect
- Strongest downlink of anything up there; full quieting on a rubber duck at high elevation.
- Low orbit means short passes (6–10 min) and fast Doppler and antenna motion.
- Repeater is very busy. Listen for a gap, say your call once, listen.
- SSTV events: just record audio and decode after. No transmitting needed.
Gear: Any dual-band HT works for receive. A yagi helps on the uplink.
